Text Box: PD Architects view all building projects as a unique exercise - but drawing on the Company’s experience. There is no architectural ‘in-house style’, rather a design quality awareness which needs to be cost effective, efficient and meet our Clients' aspirations.

Text Box: Each project is controlled by one of the senior members of staff, with a supporting team appropriate to the size of the project. Our first priority is always to develop a clear brief with the Client which can then be converted into illustrative presentation in the form of conceptual proposals.

Detailed design development is equally important. Throughout the design and construction process, a flexible but firm approach is provided by PD Architects. Management control is displayed through the production information stages, on-site inspection and contract administration to ensure that projects are
completed within budgetary and time constraints.

PD Architects work closely with complimentary disciplines of construction professionals. This leads to a high level of understanding and teamwork by the multi-discipline team, so necessary for construction
projects.
