Text Box: Quality Assurance  - Certification Under BS EN ISO 9001: 2000   In recognition of the requirement for the provision of high standards and quality services, a Quality Assurance (QA) system has been established. The Practice has achieved Quality Assurance certification under BS EN 9001: 2000 assessed by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance for the provision of Architectural services including the role of the CDM Co-ordinator.  A quality system has been prepared together with a full set of management procedures and supporting documentation tailored to meet the needs of the Practice and its Clients.    

Text Box: CDM Co-ordinator Services   PD Architects offers the services of CDM Co-ordinator under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.    These services include advising Clients of their responsibilities, assuring notifications of new projects to the Health & Safety Executive, liaising with other members of the project team to establish health and safety issues, preparation of the pre-contract Health & Safety plan, monitoring contractors' method statements and completion of the Health & Safety file.
