Text Box: PD Architects believe that every building project is unique, in the same way that each individual business opportunity is unique.   PD Architects undertake projects throughout the UK for a large variety of Government, commercial and private Clients.  However, we are always looking to expand our Client base. Client satisfaction is of primary importance to the practice and much of our business is secured on a "repeat-order" basis.

Text Box: Regency Wharf II occupies a prime location on Broad Street within the entertainment centre of Birmingham.  Comprising two buildings totalling 4,250sqm, it was developed by Richardson Cordwell Properties Limited.  PD Architects acted for Kendrick Construction under a design and build contract.

Text Box: Custom designed for occupation by Kamden International Shipping Limited, the project comprises a freight handling facility of 2,844sqm with two-storey office accommodation of 661sqm.  A high level of specification was adopted throughout with the steel-framed warehouse structure being clad with half-round profiled cladding.  High attention was given to  detailing, including full-height curtain walling enclosing the offices.

Text Box: £3.5m refurbishment of previous C&A store in Corporation Street to provide five trading floors and two ancillary floors totalling 13,400sqm of floor space.  On the third floor flat roof, a new customer dining facility was constructed with outward sloping glazed walls.  The phased works were  completed in just 23 weeks.

Text Box: Astle Park comprises a High Street retail, office and leisure development in West Bromwich town centre. The £5.5m scheme was developed by Midland & City Developments and PLK Properties. The project includes new build and the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building. Tenants include Next, Rank Leisure, William Hill and Domino’s Pizza.
